After completing her undergraduate degree, Jessica became a Registered Kinesiologist and gained experience as an athletic trainer assistant with the OJHL Pickering Panthers and as a strength and conditioning coach at Everest Academy. Throughout her training and education, Jessica has worked with a wide range of patient populations, including sports medicine, orthopaedics, return-to-sport, concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, and neurologic conditions. During her final year of school, she worked with USC Athletics and D1 collegiate athletes, where she gained valuable experience in interdisciplinary care and the importance of treating the patient as a whole. Jessica prioritizes evidence-based practice and combines a movement-based, patient-centred approach with a strong background in exercise science to help clients recover, perform, and return to the activities they love.
Jessica is excited to be back home in Toronto and to continue expanding her clinical knowledge through further education and specialization in acupuncture, sports physiotherapy, and manual therapy, allowing her to best support her clients.
