Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a manual therapy that focuses on the whole body in order to promote healing, improve mobility and aid in preventing health issues and injuries.
Based on the belief that the body has the innate ability to heal itself, along with a deep understanding of human anatomy and it's interconnectedness, Osteopathic Manual Practitioners use non-invasive forms of soft tissue work, joint mobilizations, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, stretching and exercises in an effort to support the body's natural healing processes.
Osteopathic Manual Therapists take the time to understand your health history, your body, and your lifestyle in order to create an individualized treatment plan that helps you meet your goals, decrease your pain and recover from injuries or health issues.

Athletic Therapy
Certified Athletic Therapists are experts in Orthopaedic Injury assessment and rehabilitation. Athletic therapists adhere to the Sports Medicine Model of care. Treating a wide range of patients, from kids with concussions to seniors recovering from hip replacement surgery, using various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescription and even bracing and taping.
The treatment varies but the objective doesn’t: an Athletic Therapist's goal is to help clients return to their usual activities, whether that means playing competitive sports or walking to the mailbox and back. The scope of practice of a Certified Athletic Therapist starts with the in-depth knowledge, education, and training in the areas of the human musculoskeletal system, exercise physiology, biomechanics, and basic emergency care.

Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a unique form of table-assisted stretching that helps you relax into, and develop control over, deep ranges of joint motion.
It combines both the passive nature of a practitioner moving your joints through their end ranges as well as the active nature of a common technique called proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF).
The result is a session that can be as restorative as it is invigorating, which can have application before, after or between strength training sessions.
